As the autumn equinox approaches, we invite you to immerse yourself in a transformative sound bath experience. Our facilitators will welcome you into the space at Project Circle, and we will open with a microdose ceremony with the psilocybin mushroom medicine. We will then move into a guided meditation and sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to shift one’s nervous system into a parasympathetic state, mirroring the transition of the seasons. Our intention is to release the old and embrace the new, restoring balance within.

This experience includes:

• Health screening by Dr. Townsend

• Group Preparation virtual session (1 hour) in the week leading up to the event

• Microdose Ceremony and Guided Meditation Sound Bath (2 hours)

• Group Integration virtual session (1 hour) in the week following the event, optional

Early bird pricing is $99 until September 1, then $111 after that.

There is a separate $21 fee (cash only) for 3mg microdose. Please note that the payment for the mushroom medicine must be made in cash to the service center on the day of the event. There is an ATM machine on premises.

• photo ID

• water bottle

• journal and pen

• an offering for the altar (e.g., foraged flowers, photos of loved ones, sacred items)

Blankets, foam mats, and eye masks are provided. Wear comfortable layers of clothing, ideally with neutral colors. Avoid heavy meals beforehand.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ older to join

• Must have not taken the drug Lithium within the last 30 days

• Note: if you are on any pharmaceutical drugs please note that in your medical screening form, and you may need further follow-up
